We strive to ensure all information provided on our website regarding our candles is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, prices, or images are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update product information at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase products subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or payment issues.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

All prices are listed in US Currency and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

We aim to dispatch orders within 14 business days as all products are handmade. Delivery times vary based on your location, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 14 day return policy from the date of receipt. The item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition for a refund or exchange.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of our products (Candles, Bath Bombs, Lip scrubs, Room Sprays, Body Lotions/Butters), items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Candles should always be used in accordance with safety guidelines. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep out of reach of children and pets. Please follow the instructions included with your candle to ensure safe use.

The Haven of Calm is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from improper candle use.

All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and designs, are the property of The Haven of Calm and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, The Haven of Calm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product.
